You are required on the trial of
this cause to produce in evidence the books kept by HenryHenry
Vanderburgh in the Indian Country in the fall of 1831
& which contained a credit in favor of the plaintiff
of about fourteen hundred dollars, & which were
lately in the hands of Mr. Fontenelle agent of the
American Fur Co.
