of this suit & now holds her under same
title. Upon whichevidence, no otherbeinggiven the
Court decided on motion of plaintiff that the plaintiff was entitled to recover her freedom to
which decision the deft by his counsel excepts & prays that
the same may be signed &sealed & made a part of the
record which is done accordingly.
