The within named petitioner SallySally is permitted to bring
suit as a poor person against Henry ChouteauHenry Chouteau to recover her freedom. It is
further ordered that she have reasonable liberty to attend her counsel and
the circuit court when occasion may require; and she shall not be taken or
removed out of the jurisdiction of said court nor be subject to any severity
because of her application for freedom.
