The plaintiff in written action of debt deposeth &
sayeth that the defendant in within action
is justly indebted to the said plaintiff in
a sum exceeding the sum of fifty Dollars
to wit in the sum of One hundred an fifty
eight Dollars and fifty cents, that said deponent
verily believes that said defendant is not a
resident of or residing within this state
and that he has so absented himself from
this state that the ordinary process of laws
cannot be served on him.
