from and examined on the part of the
Plaintiff deposeth and saith
that the firm of LavillebeuvreLavillebeuvre and WaltonWalton
is composed J. N. Lavillebeuvre and
William D. WaltonWilliam D Walton -- that the said
firm has existed previous to the year
one thousand eight hundred and thirty
three and since.

That the annexed copy of letter
marked AB is [ truely ] made from the letter

and that the original letter letter

letter was put aboard a steamboat
