permitted to sue, for freedom, by J SpaldingJ Spalding her, attorney
assigned by Court, complains of StephenStephen ,
Dorris of a plea of trespass,, for that the said
Dorris on the first day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred thirty six
at said County, with force and
arms &C. made an assault, upon the said
DelphDelph & her the said DelphDelph , then & there
wounded, burised,, beat & ill- treated,, &
with force pulled, & dragged, about & then &
there imprisoned the said DelphDelph & detained
her in prison there for a long space of time
to wit hitherto, & restrained, her of her,
liberty, against the will of the said DelphDelph
whereby the said plaintiff was greatly hurt
