Be it Remembered that on this thirteenth day
eight before me, the clerk of the county court within and for the court
aforesaid personally came HenryHenry S. Core and AmeliaAmelia C. Churchill
two of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instruments of writing
who being by me duly sworn, according to law, upon their oaths depend
and said that William ClarkWilliam Clark acknowledged the foregoing instrument
to be his last will and testament and published and delared the
same to be such, and that at the time of so doing the said WilliamWilliam Clark
ClarkWilliam Clark was of sound and disposing mind to the best of their observation
and belief, and that they subscribed their names thereto as witnesses
