At a County CourtCircuit Court began and
held for the County aforesaid at the Courthouse in
Paducah on Monday the twelfth day of June Eighteen hundred and forty eight
On the motion of SamuelSamuel B Churchill
it is ordered that letters of administration with the
will annexed be granted him on
the estate of
William ClarkWilliam Clark deceased where upon he took the
oath required by law and together with
S.M. Flannery
and JamesJames C. Calhoun
his security entered into
and acknowledge bond in the penalty of ten thousand
dollars conditioned as the law directs.
