Be it remembered that on this twenty ninth day of march eighteen hundred and forty one person
ally appeared before me J.B Freman a justice of the peace
within and for the county aforesaid Charles H Gregory who
being by me duly sworn on his oath says that he did
on the twenty seventh day of the month aforesaid deliver
a true copy of the within notice to James O Neil
in the county aforesaid
