Ordered by the court that the above
mentioned petitioner be allowed to sue as a poor per-
son to establish his freedom. and that Thos. T. Gantt and
George F. Strother be assigned as counsel for said
Petitioner in this behalf: and that the petitioner
have reasonable liberty to attend his counsel and
the court as occasion may require, and that said Pe-
titioner be not removed out of the jurisdiction of this
Court and that he be not subjected to any severity on ac
count of this application for freedom.
