Now the plaintiff by her Counsel
comes and moves the Court the reinstate her
case for the following reasons

1st
Because she has a good cause of action.

2nd
Because her former Counsel withdrew
the suit without her knowledge or instructions

3rd
Because if the case is reinstated
she believes she will be able to show
a good cause of action
