The subpoena in this cause, having been returned by
the sheriff, that
you cannot be found in his county, it is
ordered, that you be notified
that said complainants have
filed a bill in chancery against you and
others, the object
and general nature of which is for complainants to
obtain
their freedom, and also to obtain specific and other
lega
cies bequeathed by MiltonMilton Duty, deceased, to complain
ants and
to enjoin George W.CoonsGeorge W Coons , administrator of
MiltonMilton Duty, deceased, from
selling said complainants,
until the further order of this court, or
the determination
of this suit; and it is further ordered, that you
said de
fendants, appear at this court at the next term thereof, to
be begun and held at the city of St.LouisSt Louis, on the third
Monday of
November next, and on or before the sixth
day thereof, answer or demur
to said bill, or that the
same will te taken against you for confessed,
and that a copy of this order be published according to law.
