Complainants to the
answer of RobertRobert Strong one of
the defendants, impleaded with Geo. W.
CoonsGeorge W Coons , adr. of
MiltonMilton Duty, decd., and others.
These repliants having
& reserving unto themselves all manner
of advantage
of exception to the mainfold insufficiencies of the
said answer, for replication hereto say that
they will over and prove
their said Bill to be
true, certain, & sufficient in law to
be answered
unto, and that the said answer of the said
defendant
is untrue, uncertain, and insufficient
to be replied unto by these
repliciants. Without
this, that any other matter or thing in the
said
answer contained, material or effectual in law
to be replied
unto, confessed and avoided
traversed & denied, is true, all
which matters
and things these replicants are and will be ready
to
over and prove as this Hon. court shall di
rect, and pray
as in and by their said
bill they have already prayed.
