the next item in said amount of fifteen hundred Dollars,
paid to Duty, nor did he see the next sum of
three hundred Dollars paid to Duty. Deponent
further states that he did not see the two following
items of three hundred Dollars each, cash, paid
to Duty, to his recollection at this time. Deponent
states, that the first account copied into this deposition
containing the heaviest entries, is from a memorandum
book or petty ledger and further this
deponent saith not.
