from mental and bodily informity of
answering the the said will of copmplaint-
And still defendant utterly denies
all found knowledge of found
or whatever
wherewith he stands charged in the said
bill of complaint, and says that each

the injuction granted to postpone the
sale of the said slaves belonging to
