the premises party of the and

of the second part witnesseth &
comsideration of five hundred dollars by
of the secondpart to of the first
part. Three hundred & ten dollars. Partthereof
havingbeen this day paid to said amount and
the balance of the said five hundred dollars
having paid to said Drechler
