10. So far as there is any thing in the way of an opinion
expressed by the witnesses whose depositions have
been read or any of them, which conflict will
the instructions as to the effect to be given to the
several documents read in evidence; the jury
must disregard the opinions of the witnesses
and conform to the instruction of the Court
given on those subjects.
