lotte plaintiff prays an appeal from
the decision of the Circuit CourtCircuit Court of St Louis
County in the above named cause to
the Supreme CourtSupreme Court of this State

And thereupon the said Mary CharlotteMary Charlotte
makes oath & says, that she believes herself
aggrieved by the decesion of the Court
in this case & that she does not appeal
for vexation or delay, but in truth that
justice may be done.
