County of St LouisCounty of St Louis on the 6th day of August 1845 by offering to the read it and the
declaration to WilliamWilliam WaddinghamWaddingham the
defendant which he refused to hear
and also by reading to the said WilliamWilliam
WaddinghamWaddingham , the orders of the Judge
made in this case
