first came John PJohn P Byrns ByrnsJohn P Byrns who was
duly sworn who deposeth and said that the
witness was acquainted with a black
man called DavidDavid owned by ThomasThomas Brown
BrownThomas Brown decd, and was willed in the will
of said BrownBrown to his grand children
heirs of that F Brown Witness drew
the will of said Thomas BrownThomas Brown a
true copy of which is hereunto announced
marked A. David named in the seventh
provision of said will was at the date
of said will about 36 years old fine
but some ten or eleven in his high
he had a scaroverone of his eyes
and had a space between his upper front
teeth witness further saith that said
DavidDavid was hired out to a man
