Thecourt being of opinion that the foregoing pe
tition contains sufficient matter to authorize the
commencement of a Suit, it is ordered First
that the said petitioner be allowed to sue Second
that the said peitioner have reasonable lib
erty to attend her Counsel and the Court
as occasion may require that she be not
removed out of the Jurisdiction of the Court
and that she be not subject to any severity
on account of her application for freedom
and further the Courtbeing satisfied from the
affidavit annexed to and filedwith the
said petition that the saidpetitioner is a
poor person and unable to prosecute
her suit, and pay the costs and expenses
thereof it is ordered that the said petiti
oner be permitted to commence and
prosecute her action as a poor person
