of emancipation with him, nor has he in anyway
satisfied me of his claim to freedom, these are there
fore to require you to take the said JamesJames Young into
your safe keeping, and discharge him when thereun
to required by law - & for which this shall be your
warrant, given under my hand this 11th October 1823.
