there imprisoned her the said Winetta and kept and and
detained her in prison without any reason ableor
probable cause whatsoever, and have even since kept
and detained her in prison and do still keep and
detain her in prison against the will of the said
Winetta and contrary to the laws of this state and other
wrongs to the said Winetta then & there did against the peace
of the state. Wherefore the said Winetta says she is injured has sustained
damage to the amount of five hundred dollars & therefore
