The Court having duly heard and considered said defendant’s motion for an order upon Louis T. Labeaume and Samuel Conway late Sheriffs to return the bonds taken by them under the order of the Court for the return of the plaintiff to abide the order of the Court and for the payment of the hire of the plaintiff to abide the order of the Court, doth order that said motion be overruled.
