Well, I, Gary I felt that that was one, one, long and positive step that we had accomplished. I thought that Gary was something that we had done that had been very positive and that, ah, now was the next step because I always thought in terms of increments and steps and degrees. And it was, you know, like any journey, to get there you had to take a series of steps, and I thought Gary represented a large step forward and since I had been given responsibilities that would pass Gary, it simply meant that I would get ready for the next gig.
