WHAT KIND OF A BUILDING WAS IT? WAS IT A WELL-KEPT BUILDING?

Harry Briggs, Sr.:

No, it was a run-down wooden building, and it was poor heat. Some of the children would go to school eight o'clock in the morning, and some had to leave and come home eleven, so the other crew go. It was an overcrowded building.
