NO LEGAL SYSTEM WORKS WITHOUT PEOPLE'S WILLINGNESS TO COMMITT TO [unintelligible] YOU HAD TO BE AWARE EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE ON THE OTHER SIDE, THE COURAGE IT TOOK FOR SOME PEOPLE TO STEP FORTH.

For anyone to step forth that way and testify the way that the conditions were at that time, it would take a lot of courage for a man to come up and testify in court, that's true.
