Was there the sense that you, that you would lose, that the Governing Board would be dismantled, was there a sense that that was there?

C. HERBERT OLIVER:

Not at that moment. We, we felt that we could triumph. We felt that we had the support of the city and from the turnout, we did. There were from seventy-five to a hundred thousand people. And that was, that was a might, ah, a mighty turnout. We were very pleased for that.
