Yes, the parents brought to the Governing Board their own concerns about their own children. Ah, expecting that the Governing Board could do something to help their children to achieve better in the schools. Ah, various new programs were brought in, brought into the school by Rhody McCoy and these were attempts to help improve the learning skills of young people.
