What was the response to the claim it was a sell-out?

There were clearly mixed emotions about--

ALBERT RABY:

--there were clearly mixed emotions about what we had achieved. And, I think it went more to the issue of whether, in fact, the city would keep its part of the bargain or not. And, that suspicion was shared by those of us who participated as well as those who were outside it.
