OK you were saying, the list, how did the list work for choosing principals.
All right, according to the Board of Education and the Council of Supervisory Personnel, to pick a principal for any school in the public schools, you have to pick from the first top three. Now suppose you don't like anyone from the first top three, suppose you don't feel that they're qualified, or suppose you don't feel that they can relate to your schools, and make the necessary changes for your children, suppose there's somebody number 50 on this list, and you want that person, you can't do it. You have to pick from the first three. Eventually, none of the princi--principals that we picked from were from the first three. But we did, you know, we were able to do that. And McCoy helped us a great deal in that.
