Know all men by these presents, that I Vilet Jackson
as principal and Augustin Kennedy_ as
security are held and firmly bound unto the
State of MifsouriMissouri in the penal sum of
Four Hundred dollars for the payment
of which sum well and truly to be made
the said Vilet Jackson as principal and the
said Augustin Kennedy as security hereby
bind themselves, their heris, executors and
administrators, firmly by these presents, sealed
with their seals and dated this second day of May A.D. 1843 Now
the Condition of this Bond is such that whereas
the County Court of Saint Louis County hath
granted to the above bounden Vilet Jackson
a license to reside and remain in the State
of MifsouriMissouri according to the Statute in such
case made and provided _ Now if the
said Jackson Vilet_ shall be of good be-
-havior while she remains in said State, then
this bond to be void, otherwise to remain in
full force _
