Know all men by these presents that we Henry
James as principal and D. D. Mitchell
as security are held and firmly bound unot the
State of MifsouriMissouri in the just and full sum
of two hundred Dollars fo rthe true payment
of which said sum of money, we bind ourselves
our heirs, or Executors, administrators and
afsignsassigns jointly and severally by these presents
sealed with our seals and dated this Fourth day
of May in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred
and Forty three_
Now the condition of this bond is such
that if the said Henry James Ball shall
be of good behaviour during the continuance
of said license then the above obligation
to be void otherwise to remain in full
force + virtue_
