Know all men by these presents that Ottowa Wetmore as
principal and George H Kennerly as security are held
and firmly bound unto the state of MifsouriMissouri each in
the sum of two hundred Dollars for the payment of
which well & truly to be made _ we bind ourselvs_
our heirs Executors or Administrators and each and
every them, by these presents signed by us & sealed
with our seals and dated this twentieth day of - September in the year of our Lorde Eighteen_ hundred and forty-three

The Condition of this Obligation is
such that whereas the County Court of St. Louis
County has granted to the said Ottowa Wetmore during
his residence in said State of MifsouriMissouri shall
be of good behaviour then this Obligation to be
void otherwise remain in full force and
virtue in Law
