Know all men by these Presents
that we George Parker as Principal and
Nathaniel E as Surety are held
and firmly bound unto the State of
Missouri in the Penal Sum of Two
Hundred Dollars each, for the true pay-
ment of which we bind ourselves our
Heirs executors and administrators firmly
by these presents.

Sealed with our seals this 18th day of December 1843.

Now the Condition of the above ob-
ligation is such that whereas the
County Court of St. Louis County
at the December Term thereof 1843
has granted a license to the said George
a free person of Color, to reside in the State of Missouri.

Now if the said George shall be of
good behaviour during his residence in the
State of Missouri then this obligation
to be null and void otherwise to remain in full force and effect
