Know all men by these Presents that George
Gardiner as Principal and Joseph Wilkinson Security
are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri
each in the penal sum of two hundred dollars, well
and truly to be paid, we hereby binding ourselves, our
heirs, executors and administrators

The condition of this obligation is such _that whereas
the County Court of St. Louis County, Missouri have
this day granted unto the said George Gardiner a
license under the provisions of an act of the legislation
of said State approved February 23 1843: now if the
said George Gardiner shall be of good behavior ac-
cording to the intent and meaning of said act of the
legislation aforesaid, then this obligation is to null
and void; otherwise to remain and be in full
force and virtue
