Know all men by these Presents, that we, Fanny
Parker _ (a woman of Colour) as principal, and Samuel
Conway as security, are held, and firmly bound, unto
the State of MifsouriMissouri in the sum of One Thousand Dollars
for the payment of which we bind ourselves, our Executors
Administrators, and Assigns, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals, and dated this fourteenth day of December A.D. One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty six _

The Condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas
the said Fanny Parker has this day obtained a license
from the County Court of St Louis County, and State of
MifsouriMissouri to reside within the limits of the said State of
MifsouriMissouri , as long as she shall be of good behaviour, under
the provisions of an act entitled "An act concerning Free
negroes and mulattoes," Approved March 26th 1845.

Now if the said Fanny Parker_ shall, so long
as she resides within the limits of the said State of MifsouriMissouri
be of good behaviour, towards all the Citizens of said state
as well as towards all other people, and well and truly
comply with the provisions of said act, then this bond
shall be null and void, otherwise to remain in full
force and effect.
