Know all Men by These Presents,
That we, Moses McGunnegle as prinipal

McGunnegle as security,are held and firmly bound
unto the State of Missouri, in the full and just sum of Five Hundred dollars, to the
payment whereof well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, sealed with our seals, and dated at ST. LOUIS, this 16
day of Apl A.D. 1861

THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That wheras, the above bounden
has been appointed by theof St. Louis County, to the office ofMoses McGunneglehas attained
a license to reside in the State of
Missouri.

Now, if the said Moses McGunnegle shall be of
good charicter during his residence
in the said state then this obligation is to be void, else of full force and effect.
