Know all men by these presents that we Rosbury
as principal and James Bacon as security are held
and firmly bound unto the State of MifsouriMissouri , in the
penal sum of two hundred dollars each, for the
true payment of which, we bind ourselves, our heirs
and executors and administrators, firmly by these
presents sealed with our seals and dated this 23d day of December 1843.
