Know all Men by these Presents that
we Parker Campbell as principal and
Richard J Lockwood, and H.J. Beer
as securities, are indebted to the State of
MifsouriMissouri the sum of Four Hundred Dollars
and by these presents hereby truthfully and
firmly bind ourselves to pay the said
sum well & truly to the said state of
MifsouriMissouri In testimony whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and
seals this first day of May AD Eigh- teen Hundred & Forty three.

The condition of this obligation is
such that whereas, the County Court
of St Louis County has this day granted
to Parker Campbell aforesaid a license
to reside within the State of MifsouriMissouri
Now if the said Campbell shall during his
residence under the said license conduct
himself honorably, morally & soberly as a
good citizen, then this obligation is to
be void & of no effect. Otherwise to be in
full force & effect
