Take notice, that the undersi-
gned will, on the second day of January A.D. eighteen hundred and forty-four, apply to the
Honorable The County Court, within and for
the County of St Louis, at the hour of ten
o/clock in the forenoon of that day; or
so soon thereafter as I can be heard, to be
released as your security in a certain bond
heretofore executed by me at your request;
the same being conditioned for your good
behaviour in the State of MifsouriMissouri .

copy with Wilson Lyon of the County of
St Louis this 30th day of December 1843
