Know all men by these presents that we Martin Griffin
as principal and Robert N Hannah & Edward Berry
securities are held and firmly bound unto the state of MifsouriMissouri
in the sum of one thousand Dollars, the payment of which
we bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators firmly
by these presents, Sealed with our seals and dated this 10
day of December 1846
The Condition of the above obligation is such that, whereas the
said Martin Griffin has applied for and obtained a
license to reside in the state of MifsouriMissouri during good be
havior, now if the said Griffin_______ shall be of good
behavior during his residence in the state of MifsouriMissouri then
this obligation to be of no effect, else of full force &
effect.
