Know all Men by These Presents,
that we Antoine LaBeaume as prinipal, and
C Edmond LaBeaume and Louis A LaBeaume as securities,
are firmly held and bound unto the State of Missouri, in the sum of onethousand Dollars, for the payment
of which we bind ourselves, our
heirs,executors and administrators, firmly by
these presents,
Provided, however,that whereof the said
Antoine LaBeaume has obtained a license
from the county court of St Louis County
state of Missouri in accordance with
An act entitled an act concerning free
negroes and mulattoes, approved March 26th 1825 to reside within the state
of Missouri, as long as his behaviors is
good, there this bond shall be void and of
none effect, otherwise it shall remain and
be in full force and effect.

The winess whereof we have
hereunto set our lands and seals this
fifth day of December eighteen hhundred and forty six
