Notes: Artist Statement - Intersections was designed to unfold experiences of Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks in the united stated which opened in 1904 for the St. Louis world’s fair. Continuous waterways and multiple paths, make the park full of interesting intersection of water and asphalt. It’s now my oasis. This book maps a daily journey from my school to my home through forest park. The ride is my moment to get away from the stress of everyday life; it is the only time I have for myself to think. I cherish this ride; just me, my bike and the park.
